Consent begins with being in relationship to your own boundaries and limits, and your own wants and desires. We often say Yes to what we don’t want, and No to what we actually want.

Learn to cultivate intimacy by being in alignment with your own authentic desires, so you can actually create true consent with those you are in relationship with. Offered Monthly in association with Soma Healing.
